What we collect
When you book, we collect your name, email, phone number, and the details of your event — date, times, venue, and any requests you share. If you contact us, we keep that message so we can reply.
Payment information
We never see or store your card details. Payments are processed entirely by Stripe, and we retain only a transaction reference, the amount, and whether the payment succeeded. Stripe’s own privacy policy governs how they handle your card data.
Your recordings
The audio and video your guests record belong to you. We store them only as long as needed to deliver them, plus a short grace period in case you need another copy. We do not use your recordings for marketing, and we do not share them with anyone, unless you explicitly ask us to.
How we use your information
To deliver your booking, communicate about your event, process payment, and send your recordings. We may email you about your upcoming event. We do not sell your information to anyone, ever.
Service providers
We use a small number of third parties to run the business: Stripe for payments, Supabase for our database, Vercel for hosting, and Resend for email. Each receives only what it needs.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@thememoryboothlbk.com. We’ll need to keep basic transaction records for tax purposes, but everything else can go.
